I’ve had horrible period cramps for fourteen years…to the point that I’d have to cancel plans for fear I’d faint on the road or throw up. If that didn’t occur, I’d be in bed with agonizing abdominal pain with a heating pad even after taking ibuprofen. I’ve tried so many different products to try to minimize it and nothing worked. Let me tell you…I started taking this vitamin the day I got my period. I didn’t expect any change in my pain because on the bottle it says it takes about two months to see a difference. My cramps were night and day difference. I still had some pain but it was very minimal, more like what I’d heard other girls experience was. Where has this vitamin been for fourteen years? I am post menopausal (started a few months back) and still have some lingering hot flashes, particularly at night. I started this supplement and I feel like it has definitely diminished the hot flashes and my mood is definitely improved! I feel calmer and less stressed. Very happy with the difference i have felt. I have endometriosis and tumeric is something I was told to take every day. It's hard to put in food but I like that it's available in this capsule along with other helpful herbs and b vitamins! I tend to have trouble getting enough b vitamins so I love that this supplement has them. There's no magic supplement I've found that will help endometriosis, but this has definitely helped my energy levels a ton, especially postpartum!
