I have always had low iron levels, but would just make an effort to eat a burger every now and then because I didn't want to deal with the side-effects of iron supplements. I HESITANTLY started taking this one because my midwife said that the form it was in would be less likely to upset my stomach, and she was right. I take it in the morning and have had zero issues. I really haven't noticed a difference at all. I started taking these at the same time I started taking the Omega and multivitamin so IDK what to attribute it to, but I also have higher energy. I used to have to nap every afternoon and now I don't. I'll report back if any symptoms come up. Oh and I take 1 per day right now but I may get my levels re-checked to see if I need to do 2 per day.

Near the end of my pregnancy, my midwife noticed that my iron levels had dipped, which was probably contributing to my fatigue and lack of initiative. I bought this supplement and have been pleased with the results. The packaging is lovely and the pills are easy to take. I have been taking one a day, just to give my iron a little boost, and my levels have gone right back to where they should be. Plus, I have more energy than before. I like that the amount of iron can be easily tailored to one’s specific needs, just by the number of pills taken. I would highly recommend this product!

The best part is that this is an activated form and I have no side effects. Not only do I have a problem breaking down vitamins, making it harder for me to absorb, I am also sensitive to a lot of supplements and foods. I haven't been on it long enough to see if my numbers are up. However, I think because it is activated, I'm hopeful I will see a difference. On top of that, I am supporting a company that aligns with my beliefs and that is extremely important to me. They say put your money where your mouth is. I'm all about it.
