How do I join?

Simple! Just create a loyalty account. From there, every order you place brings you closer to beautiful rewards.

How do I earn points?

You’ll earn 1 point for every $1 you spend, 50 points for leaving a review and 150 points if you refer a new customer!

How do I redeem points?

Rewards can be redeemed with any purchase. If you're making a purchase on our website, log in to your dashboard, select my rewards, & choose your reward to add to your cart. If you have a subscription, use the form above to let us know what item you'd like added to your next subscription 48 hours before your subscription renews.

Do my points expire?

Yes—points expire 12 months after you earn them, unless you stay active. Keep the love going with regular check-ins!

Do rewards expire?

Once a reward is activated in your account, it’s yours to use anytime as long as we have it in stock.

Can I earn points on past purchases?

Before we launched we added points for all your past purchases.

Can I transfer points to another account?

Points are like your personal thank-you from us—they’re not transferable between accounts.

What happens to my points if I cancel an order?

If you cancel or request a refund, points earned on that order will be removed from your account.

Why can’t I add my Loyalty Gift to my cart?

Your gift can only be redeemed when you’re checking out a purchase (or you can ask us add it to your upcoming subscription!). It’s our little way of saying thanks for coming back.

Can I return a Loyalty Gift?

Loyalty gifts can’t be returned or exchanged—but we know you’ll love what you picked!

How does the Refer a Friend program work?

When you refer a friend, they will receive a link to purchase with a special discount that will automatically apply to their first order, and you’ll receive a reward too!

How do I refer a friend?

Enter your email address and share your unique referral link with friends and family. They can use the link to make their first purchase, and their discount will automatically be applied at checkout.

How do I track the number of referrals I've made?

Enter your name and email above, then click My Stats. From there, you can send yourself an email which will contain your stats.

Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada at this time. 

Is there a limit to how many people I can refer?

No, there is no limit to the number of people you can refer. You can refer as many friends as you like, and you’ll get a reward for each successful referral!

How does my friend get the discount?

When your friend uses your unique referral link, the discount will automatically be applied to their first order at checkout.

Can I refer friends who are already customers?

The referral friend reward is only valid for new customers.

How will I know if my friend has made a purchase?

You’ll receive an email notification once your friend completes their first order using your referral link.

What happens if my friend cancels their order?

If your friend’s order is canceled prior to fulfillment, the referral discount won’t be valid, and you won’t receive the reward.
