I’ve never taken magnesium before. There is a unique smell and aftertaste that I have noticed, but I am getting used to it. I purchased this to help with sleep and balancing blood sugar levels. So far I haven’t noticed sleep improvements, but it could be because I’m off my schedule with summer. Hoping to have blood work done to see if sugar levels become more balanced.
