I am continuing to take the men’s multivitamin consistently. My overall view has not changed much since my last review. I trust the company and appreciate the mission and ingredient transparency. However, I am still unsure what specific changes I should be looking for in order to evaluate its effectiveness. Because multivitamins tend to support overall health rather than produce immediate, noticeable results, it is difficult for me to measure the impact so far. I plan to continue taking it and would appreciate guidance on what indicators or benefits to monitor over time.
WHWe Heart Nutrition2 weeks agoHey Ryan, You’re exactly right… a quality multivitamin is usually meant to fill nutritional gaps & support long-term health, so the benefits can sometimes be subtle rather than dramatic (though I would say many do see energy increase within just a few days).
Many men take a multivitamin to support things like consistent energy levels, immune health, metabolism, brain function, & overall nutrient sufficiency. Some people notice things like steadier energy, fewer afternoon crashes, or getting sick less often over time (a big benefit we've noticed!), while others mainly view it as a daily foundation to help make sure their body has the nutrients it needs.
Another helpful option can be periodic blood work, since labs can show improvements in nutrient status that you wouldn’t necessarily feel day to day.
Of course this isn’t medical advice & it’s always best to check with your healthcare provider, but consistency over time is usually what allows a multivitamin to do its job. I really appreciate you taking the time to share such thoughtful feedback. Let me know if you need anything.

Are your products third-party tested?
Yes! All of our ingredients are tested by our suppliers and tested again when we receive them. Once a new batch of product is produced, we send that to a third-party lab to test for quality and purity.
Are your products FDA Approved?
Although the FDA oversees the supplement market for labeling guidelines and health claims, it does not grant formal approvals for finished supplements as it does for pharmaceuticals.
We recommend choosing supplements from trusted brands that are produced in NSF & cGMP certified facilities and undergo third-party testing to guarantee both quality and purity.
Are your vitamins organic?
All of the ingredients we use are GMO free but it is not possible for "synthetic" vitamins to be organic certified. There are two classes of multivitamins that have the organic label.
First off, some gummy vitamins are "Organic". This is very deceiving to the consumer. In order to be organic, you need 95% of your contents to be Organic. Since they are creating a gummy (basically candy) they use organic sugar, gelatin, and all the other items needed to make the gummy portion. They then add a tiny amount of "synthetic" vitamins to the gummy. They make sure to not add so much of the actual vitamins and minerals that they fall below that 95% level. So, the consumer assumes everything is organic when in reality it is just everything needed to make the candy that is organic.
The second class are Whole-Food vitamins. For these vitamins they take vitamins and minerals and add them to organic food-based elements. For example, they may take an inactive yeast “stew” and feed it multiple vitamins and minerals. Is it is much harder to get as many daily nutrient levels in each serving when compared to products like ours. Additionally, the majority of these brands have been acquired by major corporations who are known compromise on quality and values.
While it is impossible for us to claim organic, we are committed to using the best form of every ingredient.
What does “Made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients” mean?
The supplement ingredient industry is worldwide, and many of the vitamins and minerals needed for everyday nutrients are only produced outside of the United States.
We source all of our ingredients from quality suppliers that test every single lot for quality. For manufacturing, all of our products are made in Texas at a cGMP- & NSF-certified facility.
Are your products non-GMO?
All of the ingredients in our products are declared by the manufacturer as non-GMO.
How long are your products good for?
Our products are good for 2 years from the manufacture date found on the bottom of the bottle. Once opened, we recommend consuming our multivitamins within 60 days and all other products within 6 months.
What are the details on how you give 10% back to pregnancy care centers?
