The vitamins are fantastic. I have been so worried about taking prenatal because anymore there is so much junk added to them. I love these vitamins. I’ve tried many prenatal vitamins and WHN are my favorite thus far. Not only is the product quality but the purpose is pure. The prenatal itself has all the basics covered in adequate amounts. I know at first the thought of taking 4 a day may seem daunting but the pills are small (in my opinion) so I can easily swallow 2-3 at a time. I’ve taken them with food as suggested and without food. No nausea or gas either way. They smell like vitamins but it’s not overpowering and doesn’t taste terrible. The mission of this company was a huge deciding factor as well. I also like that you can make your own bundle and save. I’ve been pairing my prenatal with Omega & Iron from WHN
