I have a hard time taking large supplements so this is my first time taking omega-3s. At first they were a bit larger than I anticipated but now I am able to take these with ease. After a few weeks of taking them, I noticed hair growing in the top frontal sides where it had thinned over the years/postpartum. My energy levels are a little better when taking this as well.
