I started taking the Women’s multi vitamin, iron, magnesium and omega-3 supplements a few months ago, and I can tell these work so much better than supplements I’ve taken in the past. First. I have not been sick at all this season, and I almost always end up with a nasty seasonal cold when the weather changes. I can tell my immune system has been stronger.
